Analysis of related factors of transient hypothyroidism in premature infants

Aim: In this paper, the related factors of transient hypothyroidism in premature infants were discussed, incidence THOP was observed, and risk analyzed to guide future work. Methods: From January 2017 2018, 117 admitted neonatology Department First Affiliated Hospital Bengbu Medical College selected diagnosed with 48 cases, including 31 males 17 females.< 1 500 g ~ 2 70 > 30 cases; Gestational age ≤32 weeks 33 34 37 35 36 50 cases. Results: The different gestational groups statistically significant (P < 0.05).The weight significant(P differences asphyxia, RDS hypertension 0.05), while intracranial hemorrhage, polycythemia, sepsis hypoglycemia not 0.05).
